Consent to Collection and Use of Personal Information

  • Organization Collecting and Using the Information: Korean Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery Society
  • Purpose of Use:
    For pre- and post-management of conference registration, delivery of announcements, communication, confirmation of consent or withdrawal, outsourcing of tasks, provision of information as required by applicable laws and regulations, and other administrative purposes related to the conference.
  • Items Collected:
    Name, medical license number, affiliation, contact information, email address, etc.
  • Retention and Use Period:
    From the time of conference pre-registration until the closing of the society. However, if the society establishes a new organization or undergoes structural changes, personal information may continue to be retained and used by the successor organization unless it is destroyed. Personal information may also be transferred to such successor organizations for continued use.
  • The society may outsource certain tasks such as database maintenance/recovery and membership management. In such cases, the minimum necessary personal information required for the outsourced tasks may be provided to the relevant contractor or institution.
  • If you do not agree to the collection and use of personal information, you will not be able to complete the pre-registration.
